Fat Thursday

My favorite day soon !

Fat Thursday ! The one and only day in the year when we can eat as many donuts as we want and we don’t feel really guilty. I love that feeling !

It is a traditional Catholic Christian feast marking the last Thursday before Lent and is associated with the celebration of Carnival. Because Lent is a time of fasting, the next opportunity to feast would not be until Easter. That day, I forget that I’m on the diet, I stop counting calories !

I can’t no longer look at his picture, can you ? ;) 

Ok, so look at it the last time and think about the paradise filled with rose marmalade and topped with glazed sugar !


Do you know that in France Fat Thursday day is on Tuesday ? It is called Mardi Gras so Fat Tuesday. Don’t ask me why ;)
